Movie’s Review : Nobody Knows Not Raden Wibisono

In this chance, I have to write about a movie. It’s can be called as movie review. Actually this is a project for Listening course; one of my course in the English Education Departmen from IAIN Surakarta. The project is to watch one of the movies which made by the Semester student and now I’m in the  semester.

The goals of this project is to understand how to make a good movie –because it will be my turn for me in my too- and then ao course to learn about the English by mean of the movie becous it shows by English.

Okay, it’s enough for Introduction, I’ll show about how interesting this movie, one of it taht make me interest to choose the movie because I hear that the movie the good, I mean the better coment from their lecturer, they get A plus from the project and the title of the movie is “Nobody Knows Not Raden Wibisono – Delirium Present”, for the beginning I’ll show you one of the scene, Check this out:

This movie tells us about the history of Surakarta and Kartasura. When I know that the movie tell about the history, I think that the movie will be boring to watch with the old story, costumes and places. But I’m wrong, one of the plus precentage from this movie is they can bring the old story by the modern sight with the modern story, costumes and places.so it can make us enjoy when we watch it. In addition, the movie has improvisation in humor . start from the climax, when a group of Kartasura people became a hostage of Surakarta, and then they playback to the past story.

The key actor from the story names Cakil; the local resident whose the friend name Cokro.

The movie has 3 part ; First part part og the movie brought by humor with the love conflict between Cakil and Cokro, with the funny story, the movie feels minor in importance to watch.

Second is the stage of conflict rises. That is when Cakil has a dream to meet Raden Wibisono; the late emperor. First time, Cakil doesn’t believe, but Raden Wibisono make sure to Cakil and make him believe him. Raden Wibisono came to the Cakil’s dream to tell Cakil that Surakarta will InvadeKartasura village, a remote village. He told that the root of the problem is his overwhelming ambition to unity Sukoharjo under one banner.

Actually there is internal conflict from Kartasura, it is between Monarchis and Wibisanaist.

In the first time, Cakil and Cokro just use the con flict to get the money to pay his debt to Anila Sukowati, but because of it, he meet two great woman whose name Srikandi and Sangga Dewi, and then Cakil tells them about What Raden Wibisono says in his dream.

Anila Sukowati and Drupadi finally know too about Surakarta from her childhood friend, Khunti; the survive resident that invaded by Surakarta. And then Anila join with Srikandi and Sanggadewi to save Kartasura and make a good plan.

In the last part of movie is back to the climax conflict in the first view before playback and shows about their plan. Finally, from Kartasura can break the invade from Surakarta. But in the ending of the movie, the is a bad and good news; the bad news is Cakil is shooted by gun and he is dead, the good news is he rises from the dead  and back to life, then he give Kunthi’s baby name: Arjuna. They are happy in the ending because a peace and viva Sukoharjo.

Okay guys, I hope you enjoy the review of this movie, and I’ll get the good result. From this Movie we can take many value, from the peace, unity and spirit, over all the movie shows us that make a great movie not just by the profetional people, as we do that hard, we can realize it.
